Home Page  Epping Rugby and Netball Club is comprised of three divisions: Women's Netball Junior Rugby Senior Rugby Women's Netball If you live in the local area, and are looking for a fun place to play netball, please email one of our committee members ready for the summer 2009 season. See details below. 2009 will be a fun year off the courts too – we have the Bunning BBQ planned. The Entertainment Books will be on sale as well as raffles though out the year. The committee are working hard to come up with other fun events for the year – so watch out for them! Registration for Summer comp 2009 is now open Registrations for Summer Comp 2009 There are 3 competitions this year: 1. Senior/Open Competition – players must be 14 years and over to play 2. Ladies Competition – players must be 31 years and over 3. Senior Mixed Competition – players must be 16 years and over. Up to 3 males per team may be on the court at any one time. Some info from Eastwood Ryde Netball Association (ERNA) The comp will commence week commencing Monday 7th September. Comp will be played at Brush Farm Netball Courts No games will be played on 5/10, 6/10 or 7/10 due to public holiday Matches will be played over 3 or 4 time slots each night (Mon/Tues/Wed) depending on the number of teams that register with ERNA Each team must indicate 2 nights they are available to play - ERNA will then assign to a set day. Action Required If you would like to register your team for night/summer comp, please contact Cheryl Palmer. Photos: Anyone who has not played summer comp before will also need to supply 2 x identical colour passport sized photos to me by no later than Friday 24 July. Fees: $40 per person. (New players will also need to pay an additional $60, to cover insurance) Fees can be paid in cash directly to Cheryl (cheryl.palmer@cba.com.au) each Saturday (receipts will be issued), alternatively you can do a direct deposit into the bank account (details to be provided, use your LAST NAME as the reference) Fees are Payable no later than Saturday 18 July Uniform: Female uniforms can be purchased by players online. Pls allow 6 weeks for delivery. Or speak to our uniform coordinator Amanda Lockeridge in regards to 2nd hand uniforms http://www.sportnetballshop.com.au/c/19756/1/club-uniforms.html Male uniforms: TBC Note : Teams are responsible for supplying an umpire for their time slot, and are responsible for paying the umpire each week (this is an additional cost to rego costs above). We recommend $25 for umpires during summer comp. We can supply you with the contact details of people who umpire for our club, and it will be your responsibility to arrange. |
